Yoga Nidra, or awakened sleep, is an invitation to awaken into deeper states of conscious and subconscious mind during deep rest. Blended with awareness, this practice stimulates a fresh depth of healing and restoration In this hour long session your attention will be guided to go inside the various aspects of body, breath, and being. We will close with a Sound Healing session as you are bathed in sound waves and vibrations from the crystal quartz singing bowls.

Come participate with us in the MAMAthon. It is a month-long collaborative initiative hosted by the Ma Collective, in partnership with the Give Back Yoga Foundation. The mission is to unite yoga instructor, studios, yogis, and families and friends of yogis in a shared understanding that yoga.
In this workshop we will learn about the fundamental aspect of yoga practice: pranayama (breathwork) and discuss the significance of its impact on a complete yoga practice. This includes its relationship to asanas (yoga postures), within movement, meditation, and the applications and effects of each type of breathwork. As we explore, we’ll experience the benefits of each practice and discuss the impact of the breath as a precursor to pratyāhāra (withdrawing the senses inwardly in yoga) and meditation, as well as their effects on the internal systems, nervous system, and sense of well-being. Complete beginners and all levels of experience are welcome! What to bring: Mat, water, notebook and pen.

With an open mind and heart, we can access our own inner guidance to understand better what we each need to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.
Join us outdoors at Twin Run Flower Farm for Gentle Yoga, Sound + Mediation. We will connect with the energy of the earth and allow nature's healing properties to flow through grounding and earthing techniques.
