Yoga Nidra, or awakened sleep, is an invitation to awaken into deeper states of conscious and subconscious mind during deep rest. Blended with awareness, this practice stimulates a fresh depth of healing and restoration In this session your attention will be guided to go inside the various aspects of body, breath, and being. From dense, to progressively more and more subtle. This practice can be turned to regularly to reconnect to your center, conserve energy and rest deeply, unwind patterns of stress on the mind and the body, and deepen your yoga and meditation practice along the way. We will close with a Sound Healing session as you are bathed in sound waves and vibrations from the crystal quartz singing bowls.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A credit will be issued for cancellations up to 24 hrs before event. No refund or credit will be issued to cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance- Thank You.
