We believe that wellness is a holistic process that utilizes every part of a person's life including the body and mind, emotional and mental health, spiritual and social stability and overall wellness. The quest for optimal health and wellness is composed of people striving towards a balance in life, practicing self care, intentionality and finding ways to live their best lives.
In addition to yoga, meditation, and pilates, we offer various wellness tools to help you find harmony and balance within.
Infared Sauna
An infrared sauna session is a unique fusion of relaxation and health benefits promoting detoxification and stress reduction. The gentle heat from the far infrared light provides a holistic experience that nurtures both the body + mind.
Using an infrared sauna can help to improve circulation, detoxify the body, reduce stress, burn calories and relieve muscle and joint pain. A regular routine of 2-3 times per week has been shown to boost your immunity and reduce inflammation.

Sound Healing
A sound bath is a meditative, healing experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The different frequencies of sound healing instruments affect different organs, emotions, illnesses, diseases, chakras and trauma.
Ideally, you should feel the intentions of love, wellness, healing and positivity throughout your session. It is a unique experience to each individual and potentially a wonderful supplement to any healing or wellness program. We offer a monthly Sound Bath the last Wednesday of the month and you can also experience them in our Yoga Nidra and other special classes or events.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or awakened sleep, is an invitation to awaken into deeper states of conscious and subconscious mind during deep rest. Blended with awareness, this practice stimulates a fresh depth of healing and restoration In this session your attention will be guided to go inside the various aspects of body, breath, and being. From dense, to progressively more and more subtle.
This practice can be turned to regularly to reconnect to your center, conserve energy and rest deeply, unwind patterns of stress on the mind and the body, and deepen your yoga and meditation practice along the way. Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese relaxation technique that promotes healing in all bodies; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This treatment is a safe, gentle, noninvasive form of hands-on healing that increases & balances energy, reduces pain & anxiety, eases stress, improves immunity, promotes better sleep, creates full body harmony and more! Reiki energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the client and may be received in the form of sensations like heat, tingling or emotional release. Sometimes, people have strong visualizations or can feel the sensations moving through their body, while others may not notice any change at all.
What’s important to know is that the reiki energy flows regardless of the client’s perceived experience. In some cases, Reiki is received hands-off with the practitioner working through the auric field as they hover their hands above your body. If you fall asleep during your session, the Reiki energy is still received!
Your Reiki Practitioner, McKenzie Raymond, will make sure you are comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

Throughout the year we offer various workshops focusing on self-care, personal growth, stress management, mental health and other holistic wellness educational opportunities.
Other community offerings include a monthly Women’s Circle the first Friday of the month, community yoga classes, hiking trips, potlucks, meet and greets, certification trainings, Women’s Wellness Retreats and more.
