A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. We understand that unforeseeable circumstances may come up. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to October 1, 2024, a refund of all monies minus a $200 cancellation fee will be issued. After October 1, 2024 but Prior to December 1, 2024, 50% of all monies collected will be refunded. After December 1, 2024, all monies collected will be non-refundable. We are happy to work with you on a payment plan and will send a registration form with more details once the deposit is made. You may request your room preference on the registration form.
